Forex trading, payment processing, brokerage company registration in Belize

Forex trading, payment processing, brokerage services and many other financial activities can be conducted internationally using a Belize registered company. Here is the list of the activities governed by the International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) of Belize:

  • Payment processing services
  • Money exchange
  • Money brokering
  • Money transmission
  • Trading in foreign exchange
  • International safe custody
  • Brokerage/consultancy/advisory services for trading securities
  • International money lending
  • Trading in securities
  • International asset protection and management
  • International collective investment schemes or mutual funds

A separate license is required for each kind of service or activity. For example, an agent registered for "Payment processing services" may not offer "Trading in securities" without a separate license.

To obtain a license the applying company owner(s) and director(s) have to meet the due diligence requirements. The company minimum and unimpaired capital (US$ 100 000) is to be paid in as well as the application fees and the annual fees. The fees amount depends on the license type.

How to proceed with obtaining a payment processing, forex trading, brokerage license

Please advise the kind of activities you would wish to offer. We will send you the application forms for filling. When we receive the forms we will incorporate a company for you and introduce you to the bank in Belize where the company capital should be paid in. When the capital has been paid up in full, the company may apply for the license. Our agent - a licensed financial services provider resident in Belize will assist with the application.
